The makers of Cult, the slasher thriller written, directed by and starring Vishwak Sen, have announced that its trailer will release on 18 October 2026. The film arrives in theatres worldwide on 30 October 2026, two weeks after the trailer.
Cult Trailer Date and Release Date
The trailer announcement came on 16 October, the same day Aditya Music released the film’s new rap number, Sanki Off Duty. Composer Ravi Basrur, known for the KGF films and Salaar, has scored the music. Rohith Siddappa wrote the song’s rap lyrics, and he and Santhosh Venky perform them.
The makers have pitched Cult as “India’s first slasher”. Earlier this month they released the song He Is My Dosthi at a launch event.
