Bigg Boss Malayalam is back with new season after the long wait from the fans. Mohanlal hosts Bigg Boss Malayalam Season 2 and the reality show comes with 17 contestants. The reality show got launched at a grand event on January 5, 2020.
Bigg Boss Malayalam Season 2 contestants list:
1. Rajini Chandy
Rajini Chandy is an Indian actress part of the Malayalam movie industry. She debuted in acting with Oru Muthassai Gadha which had Aparna Balamurali and Suraj Venjaramoodu. Her amazing performances in various advertisements gave her the entry into movies. Rajini is currently running a fitness training centre for old age people to stay strong. She is the first contestant of Bigg Boss Malayalam Season 2.
2. Alina Padikkal
Alina Padikkal is an anchor and Television actress. She was born on December 1, 1993, in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. She shot to fame with the negative role in the Malayalam serial Bharya. Alina completed her degree from Christ University, Bangalore, Karnataka. She is the second contestant of Bigg Boss Malayalam Season 2.
3. Raghu Subhash (RJ Raghu)
Raghu Subhash is a Radio Jockey working in the industry for more than 10 years. He is famous for the hilarious talk shows and conversations, which made him the viral star of social media. RJ Raghu is the third contestant of Bigg Boss Malayalam Season 2.
4. Arya Rohit (Arya Badai)
Arya Rohit aka Arya Badai is a model, actress and an anchor. She has been part of Asianet channel through various events and has hosted different shows. Arya shot to fame with the super hit weekend program Badai Bunglow on Asianet. Arya Badai is the fourth contestant of Bigg Boss Malayalam Season 2.
5. Saju Navodaya (Pashanam Shaji)
Saju Navodaya is a mimicry artist and actor. He was part of various mimicry troops and struggled well to reach the limelight. Later, through Asianet Comedy stars show he shot to fame with the title ‘Pashanam Shaji’.Pashaanam Shaji is the fifth contestant of Bigg Boss Malayalam Season 2.
6. Veena Nair
Veena Nair is an actress who is majorly part of Malayalam movies. Her ticket to fame was through Biju Menon’s movie Vellimoonga. Currently, she is also part of multiple TV serials and various shows. Veena Nair is the sixth contestant of Bigg Boss Malayalam Season 2.
7. Manju Pathrose
Manju Pathrose aka Manju Sunichen is an actress. She shot to fame with the role of Syamala in Marimayam serial. Later she did an amazing role in the Mohanlal movie, Munthirivallikal Thalirkkumbol. Manju Sunichen is the seventh contestant of Bigg Boss Malayalam Season 2.
8. Pareekutty Perumbavoor
Pareekutty is a reputed singer and actor. His major role came in the movie Omar Lulu directorial movie Happy Wedding. Later he featured in few movies and sang in a few albums. Pareekutty is the eighth contestant of Bigg Boss Malayalam Season 2.
9. Thesni Khan
Thesni Khan is a Malayalam serial and movie actress. She joined the industry almost two decades back with the movie Daisy in 1998. She is known for movies like Daivathinte Swantham Cleetus, Akashaganga 2 etc. Thesni Khan is the ninth contestant of Bigg Boss Malayalam Season 2.
10. Rajith Kumar
Rajith Kumar is a public speaker, activist and a controversial star for various unscientific claims. He is the botany professor at Sree Sankara College, Kalady. Rajith Kumar is the tenth contestant of Bigg Boss Malayalam Season 2.
11. Pradeep Chandran
Pradeep Chandran is a Malayalam TV actor with almost 2 decades of experience. He has acted in the epic serial Kunjali Marakkar. Apart from serials like Karutha Muthu, he has also acted in few movies along with Mohanlal. Pradeep Chandran is the eleventh contestant of Bigg Boss Malayalam Season 2.
12. Fukru (Krishnajeev TR)
Fukru is a Tiktok star with more than 2 million fans. He turned an overnight star among Malayalees with some funny videos. The huge stardom has opened him a lot of brand endorsements and he also acted in the movie Dhamaka. Fukru is the twelfth contestant of Bigg Boss Malayalam Season 2.
13. Reshma Rajan (Reshma Nair)
Reshma Rajan is a model and a certified diamond analyst. She is known by her stage name, Reshma Nair and has been part of multiple fashion events and photoshoots. Reshma Rajan aka Reshma Nair is the thirteenth contestant of Bigg Boss Malayalam Season 2.
14. Somadas
Somadas was among the first set of participants to be part of in Asianet Star Singer. He has been part of multiple stage shows, after exiting the show. After almost 10 year gap, he is finally coming back to the limelight. The talented singer, Somadas is the fourteenth contestant of Bigg Boss Malayalam Season 2.
15. Alasandra Johnson
Alasandra Johnson is a model turned air hostess and later an actress. She left her home to pursue an aviation career and finally achieved the dream of being an air hostess. After that, she has been participating in various fashion events. Later on, she is now acting in multiple web series, short films etc. Alasandra Johnson is the fifteenth contestant of Bigg Boss Malayalam Season 2.
16. Sujo Mathew
Sujo Mathew is a Malayalee model and famous Tamil actor. He shot to fame with various photoshoots and later entered into movies. 17. Suresh Krishnan
