Born in Pune, he was creative from a young age. His graduation was completed from Symbiosis College of Arts and Commerce. Later he also completed M.Com before choosing a different career. He worked as a Salesman for an IT firm and then decided to choose acting.

His skills from theatre training gave him more openings. With amazing acting, he became a leading star in Marathi movies and serials. Later he was also part of Hindi movies too.
