The Rani Mukherji starrer Mardaani 2 trailer was released yesterday. She plays the role of Shivani Shivaji Roy, the trailer talks a lot about the terrible reality of the country when it comes to sex crimes against women. This time the movie is set in Kota, Rajasthan, which is also known as an education centre, due to the many training centres that work in the city for students from all over the country.
A young girl is brutally murdered and murdered by a young man and Shivani is stationed in the town to take care of the matter. During her investigation, she learns that the killer is a serial killer and how he treats almost inhuman women. Wasting no time, Shivani assures citizens and authorities that she will get hold of this criminal within 48 hours and bring him to court. Then the intense chase begins.
