It is written and directed by Sarkar movie fame AR Murugadoss and produced by Lyca Productions. Darbar has Petta actor Rajinikanth, Bigil actress Nayanthara, and Sunil Shetty in the lead roles.
Music is handled by the talented Anirudh Ravichander. Darbar releases in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Hindi versions.
