Amma Rajasekhar nominated Ariyana and Saikumar. His decision was the twist in the episode as all expected him to go against Devi. Monal mentioned Divi Vadthya and Ariyana in the list. Akhil chose Saikumar and Ariyana to be in the Bigg Boss Telugu 4 nominations.
