It revolves around the life of a youngster who goes to live at his brother’s house. He has issues with his sister in law. But as he realises the danger where criminals target her. The family comes together to face the challenges. Nikamma cast has Shilpa Shetty, Shirley Setia, Abhimanyu Dassani etc. The movie is the remake of Telugu film Middle Class Abbayi (MCA) starring Nani.
Positive Points
- The screen presence of Abhimanyu Dassani is the first positive. His on-screen chemistry with Shirley Setia looks impressive.
- The performance of Shilpa Shetty gives a good impact to the audience.
- As the technical aspects are impressive which keeps the viewers glued.

- The storyline and screenplay is weaker than the original movie.
- It disconnects easily from the audience and emotional scenes don’t reach out to the audience.
- Even with senior actors, the dialogue delivery also weakens the movie.
- Comedy scenes fall flat and doesn’t make us feel it’s funny at all.
Final Rating
Nikamma is a passable movie experience. It’s a normal story told in a non gripping way without a dose of fun. The screen chemistry of the lead actor and actress is the only saving sign. Indian Talents Nikamma movie rating is 2.5 / 5.
