Mohanlal donned the role of Khureshi Abram which was revealed in the climax area of Lucifer and yet another role was Stephen Nedumbally. Lucifer ended with the close self-intro scene of Mohanlal as Khureshi Abraam. The team has released a poster of the sequel on June 17th as ‘Lucifer-The Finale’ and had dated the official announcement to be made today.
After the tremendous blockbuster success of Lucifer starring Mohanlal and which marked the directorial debut of Prithviraj. The movie had crossed 200 crores collection and fans were eagerly waiting for an announcement which would indicate about a sequel. Various fan made stories went on about how the sequel would be and there wasn’t any official confirmation that if the sequel will be made.
‘Lucifer-The Finale’ will not just be the second part but will unearth the previous 25 years of Stephen Nedumbally as Khureshi Abram aka Qureshi Abraam. The movie will go into an international canvas as Khureshi Abraam is rumored to be part of the ‘Illuminati’. So the movie is expected to roll soon and is expected to take the Malayalam movie industry to international standards.
So the team announced the sequel of Lucifer through a press conference which was live on Social media handles of the celebrities. Director Prithviraj, Mohanlal and Murali Gopi announced about the sequel and also distributed the prizes for the winners who took part in the contests by watching the movie Lucifer.
The small version of the video released indicates the new song of ‘Empuraane’ in Lucifer 2 and the new title of ‘Lucifer 2’. There is an additional red focus on ‘aa’ in ‘Empuraane’. That seems to hint about the presence of the dual role of Mohanlal which has the ultimate avatar of ‘Khureshi Abraam’.We can expect the return of Mohanlal as Khureshi Abram in ‘Lucifer-The Finale’ by the mid of 2020 in theaters.
