He studied at The Lawrence School in Himachal Pradesh and later at Lockers Park School at Hertfordshire. His graduation was at Winchester College and completed the degree. After he returned to Mumbai, he was chosen to be part of a TV advertisement for Gwalior Suiting. With a long career of more than 38 years, he also became a producer of multiple projects.
