Asin is a malayalee actress who worked in South Indian movies. She debuted in the Kunjakko Bobban movie ‘Narendran Makan Jayakanthan Vaka’. Her ticket to fame was with the movie Ghajini opposite Surya and it was remade in Hindi with Aamir Khan.Both versions were blockbusters and that opened a carreer for Asin in Bollywood. She married Rahul, co-founder of Micromax in 2016
