Born in Delhi, he was a bright student in school. He graduated from Le Martiniere College in Lucknow. As he developed an interest in acting he auditioned for various shows in Mumbai. Later he was selected for a serial and that opened opportunities for him. He is also a well-trained bodybuilder and trains others.
