Girlfriend Chor Series Review
Storyline:
The long-awaited and funny web series Girlfriend Chor is finally released. The story opens up with the life of Aakash who waited for long to propose to Neha, but she already got a new boyfriend VISHAL. Mohan (Aakash’s dad) a tuition teacher, comes for the rescue with a quirky plan. He suggests Aakash turn a girlfriend chor and act like in relation with Ritu to breakup Neha’s relationship. The duo plans to take advantage of Vishal’s smoking habit to create a rift among them but, Neha plans to move along together with Vishal if he quit smoking.
During the regular efforts to break Vishal and Neha, Aakash understands that he is falling for Ritu, meanwhile, some events lead to the breakup of Neha and Vishal. Ritu informs Aakash and family about the happy news but his father understands that he has fallen for Ritu. Whereas, Ritu who had an interest in Vishal leaves, to have a date with him as he is now single. Aakash decides to take on his girlfriend chor uniform continuously and go ahead with snatching somebody else’s lover.
Stars and Performances:
Mayur More plays a good role as Aakash with amazing charm on the screen. He displays a good amount of emotions when he feels the pain of Ritu leaving him. Some normal scenes were made beautiful by the smart acting of the Kota factory fame Mayur. The Girlfriend chor aka Akash was the strongest portrayal and lead the story from the front.
Kushagre Dua plays the role of Vishal and he does it with great care. Within the screen time he got, he ensured to entertain with every kind of expressions. His romance scenes along with Himani Sharma was really impressive.
Shishir Sharma played the role of Mohan, who is Aakash’s dad. he effortlessly played the role and made us feel really good with his funny conversations. he is the backbone of the story with all his ‘Girlfriend chor ideas’.
Himani Sharma plays the role of Neha, behind whom Aakash is deeply in love. Every moment on screen from Himani in the role of Neha is a moment to cherish. She is a promising actress and wishes to see more of her upcoming web series and movies. The combination scenes with Aakash and Vishal were really well done.
Diksha Juneja plays the role of Ritu who helps Aakash in breaking up Vishal and Neha. The cute expressions and dialogues will make the audience fall for her. The climax scene where she talks with Aakash is really heart touching and surely will remain in our hearts.
