The young vibrant actress and anchor Anunaya Anoop commonly known as Meenakshi Anoop has shared pictures from her latest photoshoot wearing a blue embroidered gown from Western Lady Boutique Kochi, through her Instagram profile.
She is most recognized for her performances as Pathu (Fathima /Pathumma) in the comedy movie Amar Akbar Anthony in 2015 and Nandinikkutty (Nandini) in the crime thriller Oppam in 2016.
She made her film debut in languages other than Malayalam with “Kanbathu Poi” in Tamil, “Kavacha” in Kannada, a remake of the Malayalam movie Oppam, directed by G.V.R. Vasu, and “The Body” in Hindi, an official remake of the Spanish movie The Body, written and directed by Jeethu Joseph. She has acted in many other films like Kolumittayi, Puzhayamma, Mohanlal, Queen, Kakkaponnu, and so on.
Meenakshi is more famous among the whole audience as the anchor Meenutty of the television reality show Top Singer aired on Flowers TV. It is a reality show based on a singing competition participated by children under the age of 15. The first 49 episodes were hosted by the actress Esther Anil which was then taken over by Meenakshi. The show is now running in its third season.
